My name is Alexander Rowntree-Beech and I enjoy writing simple and effective code. I love the creative side of software engineering and designing aesthetically pleasing websites and apps. I am always eager to learn and improve and in my free time. I am currently learning 3JS to create fun and dynamic websites, though this is just the beginning.

- Learnt several languages and frameworks during the course of the programme, including the PERN (PostgresSQL, Express, React, Node) stack to develop websites and apps.
- Created several smaller projects to reenforce what I had learnt throughout the course
- Developed a webpage called the Gazetteer which allowed users to find out places of interest and facts about countries on a map using the leaflet library.
- Developed an app, Company Directory, which allowed users to access a database of employees following the CRUD functionality.
